Our restaurant is a true family passion project, brought to life by an uncle-and-nephew duo with two completely different backgrounds but one shared dream.For decades, my uncle channeled his creativity into interior design, making spaces beautiful. But his truest joy was always found in the kitchen, experimenting with flavors and dreaming of one day opening his own food business. As an electronics engineer used to testing systems and ensuring absolute precision, I knew I had to help him turn that lifelong dream into a reality.Together, we built this restaurant from the ground up. He brings the culinary artistry, soul, and flavor, while I ensure our operations and quality remain perfectly consistent every single day.
